Conditions:
To prevent misuse of our money-back guarantee, we limit the use of this guarantee to 3 individual products for first-time purchase of that item only. If you ordered multiple of the same product, you can use the money-back guarantee to receive a refund on one of those items and you may receive store credit for the remaining items.
Products in bundles are considered individual products according to our policy. Bundles of more than 3 products will be limited to a refund of the 3 highest priced first-time purchase items.
Please read through the exceptions below. A full refund of the product will be issued back to the same form of payment used, less shipping charges (and any applicable shipping tax) per the policy below.
Exceptions:
We can only refund the original payment method. In the event that method is no longer available the refund will be forfeited.
Discounted or discontinued items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Products purchased with Rewards points are not eligible for return or refund.
Gift cards are non-refundable, and cannot be used on Subscriptions, no exceptions.
Any purchase made with a gift card is non-refundable.
We cannot process refunds to prepaid debit cards.
Supplements are non-returnable.
Money-Back Guarantee is limited to per Product, not variation.

Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to be received by the customer although it may take longer depending on the bank or credit card company.
